(Bloomberg) -- Orange-juice futures rose to the
highest in a month after an incurable crop-killing disease was
found in one of the biggest orange-growing areas in Florida.
``Citrus greening,'' which shrinks fruit, ruins flavor and
kills trees, was confirmed in Hardee County, said Andrew
Meadows, spokesman for industry group Florida Citrus Mutual.
