(Bloomberg) -- The following is a list of companies

closed June 8. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company
names.
Atmel Corp. (ATML US): The maker of chips for mobile phones
and DVD players said it received a subpoena from the U.S. Justice
Department about its past stock-option practices. The subpoena
was delivered in January, the company said in a filing with the
Securities and Exchange Commission. Atmel also released financial

option grants. The stock rose 6 cents to $5.63 in regular
trading.
