Atmel, Boeing, Evergreen Solar, FMC, Limited Brands: U.S. Equity Preview

(Bloomberg) -- The following is a list of companies
whose shares may have unusual price changes in U.S. exchanges
tomorrow. This preview includes news that broke after exchanges
closed June 8. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company
names.

Atmel Corp. (ATML US): The maker of chips for mobile phones
and DVD players said it received a subpoena from the U.S. Justice
Department about its past stock-option practices. The subpoena
was delivered in January, the company said in a filing with the
Securities and Exchange Commission. Atmel also released financial
statements that had been delayed by its own probe into stock-
option grants. The stock rose 6 cents to $5.63 in regular
trading.

RPT-IPO-VIEW-U.S. IPOs take off amid stock market falter

(Reuters) - NEW YORK, June 10 - U.S. stocks stumbled last
week, but not enough to take the bloom off initial public
offerings.




"The IPO market does most often run in lock-step with the
market," said Scott Sweet, managing director for research firm
IPOboutique.com. "However, there are deviations like
week, which some are calling a normal, healthy correction."
