(Bloomberg) -- New Zealand's dollar is ``overvalued''

Minister Phil Goff.
``We believe the dollar is artificially high and at an
unsustainable level,'' Goff said in an interview while attending
the 21-member Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation group in Cairns,
Australia. `We don't think it will stay at that level and those
that choose to speculate on it risk getting their fingers burnt.''
