(Reuters) - The real estate insurer said net earnings were $7.9 million
or 42 cents a share, down from $35.6 million or $2.06 a share
in the year-earlier quarter.
The company also raised its dividend by 8 cents, or 36
percent, to 30 cents a share, payable on Sept. 14 to
shareholders of record Aug. 31.
