(Bloomberg) -- Japan's Topix index fell 2.36, or 0.1
percent, to 1770.48 at 9:39 a.m. in Tokyo, reversing a gain of
as much as 0.3 percent. The Nikkei 225 Stock Average was little
changed at 17,969.31.
Mizuho Financial Group Inc. and Fast Retailing Co. led the
declines.
