RSC Holdings falls 7.5 percent in debut

(Reuters) - The 20.83 million-share initial public offering sold for
$22 per share on Tuesday, compared with a $23 to $25 forecast
range.




Underwriters were led by Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan
Stanley and Lehman Brothers.
