Australia's S&P/ASX 200 Index Advances, Led by Alumina Ltd. on Takeover

(Bloomberg) -- Australia's S&P/ASX 200 Index rose 5.4 points to 6341.1 as of 10:02 a.m. in Sydney. Alumina Ltd climbed.
