(Reuters) - On Friday, ABN asked the Dutch court for clarity on whether its ruling to freeze the LaSalle sale affected a "go shop" provision, allowing counter bidders to trump Bank of America's $21 billion offer.
ABN was not immediately available to comment. The Dutch court would not give clarification on its ruling until after the weekend, a spokesman for the court said on Saturday.
